Hello everyone, long time no see.
So much for what I said in my last post, after I had wrote that and the posts after much has happened in RL that made me unavailable to blog.
Hello everyone, long time no see.
So much for what I said in my last post, after I had wrote that and the posts after much has happened in RL that made me unavailable to blog.
Suddenly, summer is here! And with summer, a whole new batch of anime comes rolling out to our computer screens… I think.
Well Ro-Kyu-Bu is on top of the list as the first Summer Anime to be airing, so naturally here’s my first impression.
Lucky bastard.
Notice: Spring Anime Roundup post coming soon…

I can still remember the peaceful days of Winter 2009/10 of animu where I remember that I cried buckets load of laughter and hysteria just by watching a typical episode of Baka Test. SUDDENLY, 3/4 of 2010 have now blissfully past which means the last season for animu of 2010 is around the corner! So here’s a simple and clean review of the past concluded Summer Anime ’10 I’ve covered as well as a few Spring Animu a season back that had concluded along this season too. (No screenshots used in this post since I can’t be asked to upload a gazillion amount of shots that seem to hold not much appeal.) Click the jump to continue on~

Well it’s that time of the season again where I pick out my top 10 anime song of that same season. And it seems this season Mitsudomoe’s colourful opening sequences comes out top in my forte. Well enjoy the random Youtuve video gathering post.

Well, it’s been a fun 22 days overseas in South Eastern Asia, but alls well that ends well, my sweet trip to Hong Kong and Vietnam has concluded.
Just a heads up post saying that I made it back alive and in one piece (kind of) plus the amount of loot I brought here and there accumulated to a monstrous amount (opening pic related). Also you may have seen me appearing on the webs several times over the past week, since I miraculously had been granted internet access from the said trip destination, but sadly was restricted.
Anyway, just completed 40% processing my 7GB worth of 6MP digital MQ pics in a few hours while listening to some sweet, new anime songs that had piled up on Nipponsei over the past 3 weeks in my reader, now off to get some sweet sleep.
HK/Viet post will pop up over the next week, so until then~

An original wallpaper sequel, made by yours truly.
So… a lotta’ announcements for me to make today eh?
So firstly, today; July 27th, 2010, is my 15th birthday!! Thank you in advance to those who had congratulated me on this special occasion by commenting under this post or in some shape or form.
Second, ironically, today on my birthday is also the day (hah) is the day where I fly off to HK for a few days and Vietnam for 2 weeks for my Summer Holiday! Bad thing is, due to certain circumstances I am unable to bring my 17″ laptop with me, making me internet-deprived for next several weeks…
Which makes it into my third announcement; meaning there will be no new posts of sorts for the next several weeks. Yes I am deeply sorry but it can’t be helped. Unless I find a nearby internet cafe in HK/Vietnam then I could slip in a post or something to let you all know how I’m doing (I doubt…hah!).
Anyway, I’m off now so have a good Summer break and I’ll be back sometime on the 17th August!
Until next time~

Post came out rather late and rushed than usual…meh. Summer Anime 2010 had a pretty good hybrid start for me, with Yakuindomo, Mitsudomoe, Ookami-san, Strike Witches and Highschool of the Dead turning out to be top favourites of this season. But anyway, here’s my overall First Impression of this hot summer season’s animu.
Note: No screenshots in this post due to botherness level in uploading them…

So I was trolling around in my Google Reader while playing some se.kirara (yet to reach the event in the above image)… stalking some sites most particularly burogus and certain ISSSs… and it came to my attention that Chartfag has thrown in a new Summer Anime 2010 preview. Rejoicing as I was, it’s only natural that I make a post all about it and take a measurement in my satisfactory and excitement level of each individual show. And since there’s 18 series in the roster at the moment, it makes this chore more easier for me.

Just like what I did for my Top 10 Spring Anime Songs of 2009 here’s the Summer edition of the same format, the rank number, song title and the artist, followed by a video of the song grabbed from the arch-library of the ever growing Youtube site.

School just ended for me today.
And so 6 weeks and 4 days of total freedom begins.
Well time to what Haruhi said in the Endless Eight episodes, completing my homework at the start to get rid of the tedious things first and to have a true summer holiday experience.
PS. They totally cutted out Kotetsu’s uncalled for appearance in Hayate S2 Episode 16. Haha
